I acknowledge that I have received and carefully reviewed a copy of the Trinity School Employee Handbook, which contains important information regarding my benefits, privileges, and obligations as an employee.  I further acknowledge that I understand and fully agree to its contents, including but not limited to any personnel policies, notices, and acknowledgments, and will abide by the policies and procedures described therein at all times throughout my employment.

I understand that this version of the Employee Handbook replaces and supersedes any prior versions and that Trinity School reserves the right to revise, rescind, and/or supplement the policies, procedures, or other contents contained therein at any time.  I understand that I may obtain an updated copy of the Employment Handbook at any time on the Trinity School Employee Handbook webpage (https://employee.tsdch.org/home) and that I am personally responsible for understanding and abiding by its contents, including any changes that may be made from time to time.

I further understand that my signature on this form does not create any rights or entitlement to continued employment with Trinity School and that my employment is “at will” unless I have signed an employment agreement with a specific term of employment.
