Relationships with Other Employees

Trinity School seeks to foster and maintain a productive and healthy working environment. This can only be accomplished through the cooperation of all employees. Employees should treat each other with mutual respect. Trinity School is guided by biblical and Christian principles, including the Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."

Employees are always encouraged to avoid gossip and to resolve differences quickly between themselves. If help is needed in resolving conflict or other issues, employees should seek supervision and should endeavor to keep the circle of others involved as small as possible.
